These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all physiotherapeutic

Services provided by Benessere Healthcare to patients.

2. Conclusion of contract

The treatment contract is concluded as soon as an appointment is made and confirmed by the patient

A doctor’s prescription is not required for treatment,

However, this is required for the costs to be covered by private health insurance or assistance agencies.

3. Services

The practice provides physiotherapy services exclusively for private patients and

Self-pay patients. Treatment is only available by appointment.

4. Remuneration and billing

- Billing is done directly with the patient.

- The current prices of the practice apply (see current price list).

- Full coverage of costs by private health insurance or assistance agencies cannot be guaranteed.

- Invoices must be paid without deduction within 14 days of receipt.

5. Appointment scheduling and cancellation

- Agreed appointments are binding.

- Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

- In case of short-term cancellation or no-show, the full treatment unit will be charged.

6. Liability

- Participation in the treatments is at your own risk.

- The practice is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

- No liability is accepted for incomplete or incorrect information provided by the patient

taken over.

7. Data protection

The separate data protection declaration applies and is available on this website.

8. Final provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
